Appointment Notes

1. For Online Appointment Check-in, please arrive at the hospital before the following times:

Obstetrics & Gynecology

．As this department typically serves a high number of patients, to avoid extended waiting times, missed numbers, or clinic closure,please monitor the online queue progress closely to ensure timely check-in.
．When there are approximately 8 patients ahead of your appointment number (indicated in green), please proceed to the hospital promptly for check-in.

★ After completing check-in with your NHI card, please hand your NHI card/booklet to the health educator upon entering the education room.

Pediatrics

．Please check in before 11:50 AM (morning), 5:20 PM (afternoon), or 8:50 PM (evening).

★ After completing check-in, please hand your NHI card/booklet to the nurse.

2. If your appointment check-in indicates that your number has passed, the system will automatically recalculate your waiting order (approximately 5–6 patients). Please wait patiently and regularly check the online queue progress to avoid missing your turn.

3. A limited number of same-day registration slots are available for each clinic session. Please make use of the online appointment system to reduce on-site waiting times.
